Colombia Supremo is one of the most famous coffee varieties from Colombia, which is at the top of the "supremo" category, which means the large size and high quality of the beans. Excellent washed Arabica, which will clearly manifest itself in espresso. Medium roasting will "smooth out the corners" of sourness, add hints of caramel, increase the sweetness of the drink compared to light roasting and make it more versatile in terms of preparation. Coffee has a medium body, with notes of cocoa and a light acidity of red apple.

A high-quality blend of selected medium-roast Colombian Arabica. The grains grow at an altitude of 1500-1900 m above sea level. After collection, the mixture is subjected to a washed treatment. The finished drink is characterized by good saturation and medium acidity. The bitterness is faintly discernible. The aftertaste will delight with sweet honey-floral notes. It is based on stone fruits (grapes) and chocolate, which are familiar to Colombia. On top there are subtle floral shades with citrus. The acidity is slightly above average.

The process of our work

Progress
Plant care
Regular watering, weeding, application of organic and mineral fertilizers. Formation of the crown of bushes for uniform fruiting. Pest and disease control, especially coffee rust and coffee beetle.
Progress
Flowering and fruiting
Flowering occurs 1-2 times a year, depending on the region. The fruits (coffee cherries) ripen within 6-9 months after flowering. Ripe berries turn bright red.
Progress
Harvesting
Manual berry picking and sorting process. Sorting of coffee beans by both grade and size
Progress
Grain processing
The pulp that fits snugly to the grain is peeled off. The refined grains are placed under running water. This procedure lasts for several hours and allows you to remove the remains of the pulp, identify low-quality fruits, and start the fermentation process, which subsequently gives Colombian coffee a unique flavor.
Progress
Drying
The resulting mass is dried in the sun. A special canopy is used to diffuse its rays.

Coffee packaging
The GrainPro bags are made from plastic and nylon, which create a barrier to prevent moisture and gases from permeating through the bag. Jute Bag is a natural, biodegradable fiber derived from the jute plant. These bags are known for their strength, durability, and breathability, making them suitable for the transportation and storage.
